NOTICE OF DEREGISTRATION FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP FILING REQUIREMENTS

The Registrar hereby notifies all businesses listed below that they have been deregistered with effect from 22 February 2026, due to their failure to file Beneficial Ownership information in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2004 (Act No. 28 of 2004) and the Close Corporations Act, 1988 (Act No. 26 of 1988).

Note that the effect of deregistration is that the entity is struck off the Register in terms of the applicable legislation and accordingly ceases to exist as a legal entity.
