Certificate of Good Standing

CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING – LIST OF COMPANIES AND CC’S IN GOOD STANDING WITH BIPA FOR THE FY PERIOD 2021/22

BIPA has, since January 2021 started issuing two (2) types of Good Standing Certificates.

1. Confirmation of Registration Certificate. This certificate validates the existence of the entity as well as that the entity is in good standing with BIPA in as far as it relates to the payment of annual duties.
2. Certificate of Existence with status in Good Standing. This certificate validates the existence of the entity and certifies that all records (statutory and voluntary amendments) are in order and up to date and therefore places the entity in Good Standing with BIPA.

The list below is updated once a month and may therefore not contain the details of the entity you are enquiring about, should the entity have received a Good Standing Certificate after the last publishing date of  31 July  2023.
