    How does my BIPA account work ?

    When you signed up for a BIPA account you need to supply your valid details. Your account will enable you to perform online transaction with BIPA Namibia, you will be able to perform Business Name Search and Business Name Reservation.

    What are the username an password guidelines ?

    Usernames can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), underscores (_) and periods (.). Usernames cannot contain an equal sign (=), brackets (<,>), plus sign (+), more than one period (.) in a row or any other special characters.

    Passwords can contain any combination of ASCII characters.

    Both usernames and passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters.

    Does my BIPA account expire?

    No your BIPA account does not expire. Once you have an active BIPA account, it will not expire,however, your BIPA account will be inactive until you activate it using an activation email (the email you registered with) that will be sent to you upon successful registration.
